I’ve been here twice to see Jen and I have to say that just after two trips, I’m never going anywhere else. Jen knows exactly what you want even if you have a hard time articulating (which I am totally guilty of when it comes to hair). I am in love with my most recent cut and I’m definitely going to keep up with it because it’s perfect. Jen is friendly and very professional; she’s honest with you about your hair which I think is the most important thing a hair stylist can do. The facilities are stylish and although it’s a bit small, the quality of services will make you feel like you’re downtown on Newbury Street.
